Agent / Property Manager
Born and raised in Huntsville, Kyser embodies the spirit of our rapidly evolving city. After graduating from Huntsville High in 2011, he pursued his passion for business, earning his degree from the University of North Alabama in 2016. Joining Samples Properties as a third-generation employee, Kyser quickly rose to prominence.
In his role, Kyser has been instrumental in managing over 30 properties spanning over 2 million square feet, accommodating more than 60 tenants. His dedication to excellence was further underscored by achieving the prestigious CPM (Certified Property Manager) designation from IREM (Institute of Real Estate Management) in 2022.
Beyond his professional endeavors, Kyser is a pillar of the community. Since 2021, he has served as the Financial Director for the Rotaract Club of Huntsville, President of the UNA Alumni Chapter of Huntsville, and as a member of the Executive Council for IREM’s Alabama Chapter. His contributions to the community were recognized in June 2023 when he was featured in the Top 40 under 40 edition of the Huntsville Business Journal.
Outside of his professional and community commitments, Kyser finds joy in his role as a devoted husband to his wife Katherine and a loving father to their children William and Kennedy.
