Timeline
In 1974, Samples Properties was started by Carol Ann Cummings Samples and Ty Samples.
In 1987, Michael Samples joined the firm
In 1998 Samples expands its services by adding brokerage to its offerings.
In 2012 Michael Samples, Gripp Luther, Betsy Rouse, and Alice Samples buy Samples Properties from Ty.
In 2016 and 2017 Michael’s sons Alex and Kyzer followed in their family tradition and joined Samples Properties.
