Rodney Reid joined Samples Properties as Facilities Manager in 2018, bringing over 26 years of invaluable property management experience to the team. A Madison County native, Rodney’s expertise spans across various sectors, including commercial office, healthcare, industrial, and retail facilities.
In his role, Rodney assumes responsibility for the seamless operation of all facilities under his purview. This includes overseeing daily operations, managing maintenance tasks, negotiating vendor and contractor service contracts, and coordinating onsite construction projects. With his extensive experience in working with contractors and service providers, Rodney ensures that projects are executed efficiently and effectively, meeting the deadlines and expectations of our customers.
