Gripp Luther

With over 30 years of dedicated service, Gripp Luther is a valued Principal at Samples Properties. In his current role, he oversees development, property management, and a range of brokerage services, including acquisitions, sales, and leasing.

Gripp is renowned for his expertise in providing both owner and tenant representation services. He boasts an impressive portfolio of completed transactions, catering to esteemed clients such as The State of Alabama, GSA, Avnet, L3 Com, Radiance Technologies, Iron Mountain Solutions, and SAIC. His development coordination efforts have included high-profile public/private partnerships with the City of Huntsville and various defense contract organizations. Additionally, Gripp plays a key role in site selection and coordination of stakeholders during the development phases.

A graduate of the University of Alabama with a Bachelor of Arts degree in advertising, marketing, and real estate, Gripp is deeply involved in the community. He currently serves as the president of the Cummings Research Park Board, sits on the Huntsville Utilities Gas & Water Board, and is an active member of the Committee of 100.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Gripp cherishes his role as a husband of 30 years to Leigh Anne and a father to two sons, Neill and Leighton. In his leisure time, he enjoys golfing, outdoor activities, and creating lasting memories with his family and friends at Lake Guntersville.
