As an integral part of the brokerage division, Jim spearheads transactions across multi-family, office, industrial, and retail sectors, while also overseeing development and management opportunities.
With a proven track record in multifamily real estate, Jim has directed and managed renovations exceeding $35,000,000. His portfolio includes direct involvement in the development and lease-up of twenty-nine multi-family properties, valued at an estimated $700,000,000. His extensive experience also extends to property acquisitions and dispositions from both an ownership and third-party advisory perspective.
A licensed Real Estate Broker in Alabama and Georgia, Jim’s academic background includes studies in Mechanical Engineering at Auburn University.
