Ryan Renaud

Ryan brings a wealth of experience to his role as a licensed agent with Samples Properties, where he has excelled since September 2022. Prior to joining Samples Properties, Ryan honed his skills in real estate finance as a Mortgage Loan Originator & Business Development Officer for Trustmark Bank in Huntsville, accumulating over 6 years of industry expertise. He holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Alabama, majoring in Political Science with double minors in Criminal Justice & International Relations.

In addition to his professional achievements, Ryan is deeply involved in community service. Since 2018, he has served on the City of Huntsville’s Planning Commission, contributing his insights to shape the city’s growth. His commitment to education led him to join the Huntsville City Schools – Board of Education in June 2021, where he now serves as President since his election in October 2023. Ryan’s dedication extends to various organizations, including his past roles as a YP member of the Committee of 100 and President of the Rotaract Club of Huntsville. Currently, he is an active member of the Downtown Huntsville Rotary Club.

Ryan’s passion for leadership and community extends beyond his professional and civic engagements. He generously volunteers with the Leadership Greater Huntsville programs and is a graduate of Connect Class 19. From 2016 to 2018, Ryan served on the Huntsville Hospital Development Council.

In March 2022, Ryan married his wife, Katherine Jones Renaud, and together they welcomed their first child in December 2023. With his dedication to excellence in real estate and community service, Ryan Renaud is a valuable asset to Samples Properties and the Huntsville community at large.
