Mrs. Nichols joined the Samples Properties team in 2015, bringing over 20 years of invaluable experience in commercial real estate to her role. As a key member of the Samples Team, Mrs. Nichols assists with marketing initiatives, tenant representation, market surveys, and property tours, contributing to the success of our projects.
Before her tenure at Samples Properties, Mrs. Nichols honed her skills at Concourse Group, where she served as an Associate Broker for 8 years, specializing in Retail and Tenant Representation. Her journey in commercial real estate began at Colliers International (formerly Colonial Properties Trust) in 2003, where she obtained her Real Estate Salesperson License.
Mrs. Nichols is a proud member of NALCOM (North Alabama Commercial), having served as its President in 2006. Her academic background includes a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing and a Minor in Graphic Design from the University of North Alabama.
With her extensive experience, industry expertise, and dedication to excellence, Mrs. Nichols is a valuable asset to Samples Properties and our clients alike.
